Bohemia (Slavonic state) was linked with HRE, Slovakia (Slavonic state) was linked with Hungarian Empire - not in any way with other slavonic states. For example: Why we have Incas, Mayans and Aztecs then? They were close to each other like 2 nations that I've mentioned as an example of inaccuracy to other slavonic states and yet we don't have any 'South American Tribes' civ.

Extra health and energy
When you receive a new course in the Danger Room, do not complete it. Instead, fail as much as possible. Every time you do the course, you will receive health packs, energy packs, armor, etc. Additionally, the best way to get a extra utens is to fail the Danger Room courses. If you complete a course, the next time you send in your team they will not receive anything for their trouble. However, the first 'final exam' as a freshman is a very easy one. Just do not destroy the generators. By doing this, your team can run around kicking butt for quite awhile and collect a lot of times. Note: Make sure all your teammates are set to auto-refill their health at 80% (this can be changed in the first field of the detail view for your characters). Also, watch for the inevitable cut off time (about a half hour in). At this point, the villains will no longer give anything up. Then, destroy the reactors and leave. Make sure to sell Forge anything you absolutely do not need; otherwise about halfway through your available time your inventory will be full and you can miss out on some good items.

Easy experience
To do this trick, first have Storm and Cyclops learn the Leadership ability. This works best if the skill is at the maximum. Once done, always have Cyclops and Storm in your party with two other members that you want to level up. Start fighting your enemies, except this time use your abilities more often. This ability will work once you execute a combo with either Storm or Cyclops' abilities. It should give you extra damage and experience points. To make this even more beneficial, try your best to execute a combo with both Storm and Cyclops' abilities. This should double the normal amount of bonus experience and damage. The Leadership ability's maximum capabilities is at 150% damage bonus, and 25% experience bonus; and if you managed to combo both Storm and Cyclops' abilities this should dish out a 250% damage bonus and 50% extra experience. This trick should be used in the Danger Room Focus 601 or Qualifying Exam 400. These are the areas that give most experience points with the most time for you to dish out your attacks.
Make sure you find the 'Focus 601' Danger Room disc. Once you have passed the exams (Qualifying 100, 200, 300, 400, and 500) and can access the 'Legends' menu, select 'Focus 601'. In this mission, you must defeat five Master Acolytes, which will give you over 297,000 experience points each. Each time that you do this mission successfully, you are guaranteed at least 1,100,000 experience points.
Go to qualifying exam 400 and keep failing it. Do not worry about Professor X; just keep killing Astral Fury about for 117,000 experience each time. Colossus can kill them in one hit.
Easy kills
This trick works best at the start of the game. Have Rogue in your party and level her up quite a bit. Now once you have skill points, use it on Southern Strike/Smash and increase the abilities level as far as possible while you are playing the game. Use it on your enemies and it should either kill or take out a large amount of HP. Combine with Leadership to deal more damage.
Throw Wolverine
Have Wolverine and Beast in your party. Choose Beast and face Wolverine. Press Throw and Beast will pick up Wolverine and hurl him at an enemy, doing a large amount of damage. Note: Rogue can also throw Wolverine just like Beast.
This is the signature move of Wolverine and Colossus combined (but can also be done with Beast). Play as either Colossus or Beast and press Square to throw Wolverine.
Infinite combo
Start the combo by pressing Circle then X(2), Circle(2), then keep repeating X(2), Circle(2), X(2), Circle(2), etc. It is a lot easier if done slowly and you wait for the character to swing.
Defeating Mastermold
To defeat Mastermold, first use Wolverine and slash away at his feet and jump when he steps. When the three Sentinel Controllers come out, fight them and dodge Mastermold's missles by running in circles around the generators. When he gets his shield, turn on the three generators and wait until it goes away. From now on, use a long range fighter to finish him off. Remember to dodge the missiles.
Defeating Sentinels
Choose Wolverine (at a high level) and run behind the Sentinel. Choose the Brutal Slash attack (R2 + X) and repeat it until the Sentinel falls.

Have Gambit and Toad on your team. Have Gambit use Prince of Thieves, and Toad use Plunder (this requires at least two extreme points). Do this when near a weapons cache and you can get about five times the amount of what you would normally get. This includes health/energy packs, and Techbits, but you still only get one special item.
Iceman is the most powerful character in the game; keep him on your team. The other three characters are recommended for a great team: Iron Man: He is a combination of all types of characters (good at melee and ranged attacks, can fly, can smash easily and push or lift massive objects). Expend Skills Points in his Mutant Attack Power Gamma Bolts (if the Projectile hits a wall, it comes back), and all his Passive Skills. Nightcrawler: He has very fast melee attacks and can do a lot of damage if you expend lots of Skill Points in the Mutant Power Attack Teleport Frenzy and all his Passive Skills, Sword Mastery (you do not need to improve this very much), Teleport Mastery, Uncanny Reflexes, and Critical Strike. Also, his Xtreme Attack, Master Of Chaos, is the best against Bosses (you can do nine hits when at maximum level) and PVP (Player VS Player). Professor X: He cannot do more damage than Iceman, but is faster (because of the Passive Skill Clairvoyance) and all his skills are very useful. If Iron Man and Professor X are not unlocked, try these characters: Bishop: A good choice if you do not have Professor X. He can even become more powerful than Professor X. He can inflict even more damage and has Passive Skills that make him fast (Power Trip) and gives energy damage (Energy Combat). Develop this Mutant Power Attacks: Full Auto, Bio Beam, and Bio Blast. However, Professor X is better because of his low cost of EP for Mutant Attacks and walks and melee attacks faster. Cyclops: If you do not have Iron Man, use Cyclops. He can inflict much more damage with ranged attack than Iron Man (but can only hit one or two, while Iron Man can hit five or six) with the Mutant Power Attacks Fusion Beam and Polarized Beam. Also, improve his Visor Upgrade and Mutant Master as much as possible. However, Iron Man is better because he can do more damage with melee attacks, can fly, and lift massive objects.
Wolverine, Nightcrawler, Sunfire and Colossus activates 'New X-Men'. This provides an additional +15% of their maximum health. Magneto, Juggernaut, Scarlet Witch and Toad activates 'Brotherhood of Evil'. This provides an additional +5% experience. Jean Grey, Rogue, Storm and Scarlet Witch activates 'Femme Fatale'. This converts 5% of the damage you inflict into health. Wolverine, Colossus, Juggernaut and Rogue activates 'Bruiser Brigade'. This gives a character +20 energy if their attack knocks their target down. Change all the characters costumes to their original (for example, Magneto's red and purple outfit, Nightcrawler's outfit with the swords on his back) to activate 'Age of Apocalypse', which gives +100% to your attack rating. Use Cyclops, Iceman, Professor X, and Magneto to get the 'Old School' bonus. This bonus gives a +15% to maximum energy. Use Sunfire, Nightcrawler, Bishop, Wolverine to get the 'New X-Men' bonus. This bonus gives a +15% maximum health bonus. Use Storm, Magneto, Sunfire and Iceman to get the 'Forces of Nature' bonus. This bonuses gives a +10% to all resistances. Use Nightcrawler, Sunfire, Toad, and Deadpool to get the 'Agile Warriors' bonus. This bonus gives a +5% to experience points. Use Deadpool, Rogue, Wolverine, and Gambit to get the 'Dark Past Team' bonus. This bonus gives a +5% damage inflicted to health. Use Cyclops,Jean Grey, Gambit, and Rogue to get the 'Double Date' bonus. This bonus gives 20 Health per KO. Use Gambit, Bishop, Cyclops, and Iron Man to get the 'Energy Corps' bonus. This bonus gives +5% damage. Use Magneto, Professor X, Scarlet Witch, and Juggernaut to get the 'Family Affair' bonus. This bonus gives +5 health regen. Use Colossus, Juggernaut, Iron Man, and Magneto to get the 'Heavy Metal' bonus. This bonus gives+10 to all stats. Use Iron Man, Scarlet Witch, Wolverine, and Bishop to get the 'New Avengers' bonus. This bonus gives +15% to maximum health. Use Iceman, Professor X, Iron Man, and Deadpool to get the 'Raven Knights' bonus. This bonus gives +60% techbit drops. Use Bishop, Deadpool, Nightcrawler, and Gambit to get the 'Special Ops' bonus. This bonus gives +5% damage.

X-Men Legends II: Rise of Apocalypse is an action role-playing game developed primarily by Raven Software and published by Activision. It is the follow up to 2004's X-Men Legends. It was released in September 2005 for the GameCube, Microsoft Windows, N-Gage, PlayStation 2, PlayStation Portable and Xbox. It is set after the events of X-Men Legends and features the mutant supervillain Apocalypse as the primary antagonist.
The developers intended the game to have a greater sense of scale than its predecessor, and writers created a story where the villains known as the Brotherhood of Mutants would need to ally themselves with the heroic X-Men to defeat a greater threat. High quality cinematics were created by Blur Studio. Online multiplayer was also added.
The game was well received by gaming critics on all platforms. Critics felt that the inclusion of online play, additional mutant powers, and a larger cast made the game an improvement over its predecessor. Some reviewers were critical of the game's voice acting and felt that the gameplay was repetitive. It sold enough copies to be added to the budget line known as PlayStation 2's Greatest Hits.
Gameplay[edit]
Gameplay from X-Men Legends II. Here the heroes battle Sugar Man
X-Men Legends II is an action role-playing game. It unites two Marvel Comics superhero teams, the heroic X-Men and the villainous Brotherhood of Mutants as they together face the mutant supervillain Apocalypse and his minions.[1] Players can choose up to four characters to use at once from a larger roster. Players unlock additional characters as they proceed through the game. Four players can play on one machine cooperatively, and players can join or leave at any time. The game also features online play for up to four players, a first for the series.[1] A new game plus mode is included that allows players to play through the game a second time while retaining all character stats.[2]
As characters gain experience points their mutant superpowers and unique abilities can be upgraded. Items found during gameplay can also be equipped to further enhance a character's abilities. Characters can combine attacks to create a combo, in which two or more players punch or kick a single enemy at the same time.[3] The character's special abilities can also be used in the same manner to create a Super Combo which inflicts massive damage on enemies. Each character has several mutant powers that players can assign to controller buttons. The game also features a skirmish mode, which allows players to fight against each other or waves of computer-controlled enemies.[3]
X-Men Legends II: Rise of Apocalypse features a central hub that players return to between missions. It is a designated area free from enemies, and its setting changes to coincide with the current act of the game. Here players can view loading screen art, cinematics, and comic book covers acquired during gameplay. Biographies of the X-Men and their enemies can be accessed here. Players can also participate in an X-Men trivia game which awards experience points for correct answers. Additionally, players can access a virtual combat environment known as the Danger Room to play additional missions unlocked during gameplay.[4]
The mobile phone version of the game is primarily a beat 'em up with role-playing elements. Unlike the console versions the game plays as a side-scroller in the same vein as the 1992 X-Men arcade game.[5] There are five selectable characters, and players upgrade each through experience points earned. Players control one character at a time, and can switch to another at the press of a button.[6]
Synopsis[edit]Setting[edit]
X-Men Legends II: Rise of Apocalypse is not set in any particular Marvel Comicsuniverse. The game takes place some time after the events of X-Men Legends. The mutant supervillain Apocalypse, having witnessed the X-Men's defeat of Magneto remotely, declares that the Age of Apocalypse is nigh. Prior to the game's campaign he kidnaps Professor X and Polaris for unknown purposes. Locations include a military prison in Greenland, the fictional mutant sanctuary of Genosha, the Savage Land and Egypt.[7]
Plot[edit]
The game begins with the X-Men and Brotherhood of Mutants uniting forces to save Professor X and Polaris. Cyclops, Storm, and Wolverine meet up with Magneto, Mystique, and Sabretooth at a military prison outpost in Greenland to free Professor X. Upon freeing him, the teams relocate to the fictional mutant haven of Genosha. They find the island ravaged by Apocalypse's forces, and work through the wreckage and find out what he was searching for. They learn that Quicksilver was kidnapped by Apocalypse, who also kidnaps Beast from the X-Mansion. Beast manages to point the team in the direction of the Savage Land, a secret prehistoric preserve in Antarctica.
The teams work their way through the Savage Land, temporarily hindering Apocalypse's plans. Apocalypse then travels to conquer New York. The teams work at sabotaging his army and resources, but Emma Frost and Angel are kidnapped as well. Angel is unwillingly transformed by Apocalypse and Mister Sinister into Archangel, a Horsemen of Apocalypse. He is assigned as a sentry to Apocalypse's tower. The teams defeat Archangel and infiltrate the tower where they find Beast, now under the control of Mister Sinister; he kidnaps Sabretooth and escapes with Apocalypse and Mister Sinister to Egypt.
They learn that Apocalypse's plan is to use Polaris, Quicksilver, Emma Frost, and Sabretooth—four mutants with what he refers to as Harmonic DNA—as part of a machine to fuel an experiment to grant him massive amounts of power. The teams then follow Apocalypse to Egypt where they defeat Mister Sinister, freeing Beast from Sinister's control. After besting the final guard, the Living Monolith, the teams battle Apocalypse and defeat him by stealing the powers from his machine. In the final cutscene, Magneto and Professor X part once again as adversaries, noting that Apocalypse was defeated but not destroyed. Beast ponders why the machine did not work properly, wondering if sabotage was a factor. As the X-Jet flies away, Sinister is seen on top of the pyramid, laughing, hinting that he sabotaged the machine.
Characters[edit]
Several playable characters return from X-Men Legends,a and select members of the Brotherhood of Mutants are also playable. Some non-playable X-Men and Brotherhood characters appear during levels. In some instances dialogue throughout the game can be character-to-character specific, depending on the player character's alignment and relationship with the non-player character.[4]
X-Men Legends II features voice acting from veteran voice talent, including Dee Bradley Baker, who provided the voice for Nightcrawler (top), and Steve Blum, who voices Wolverine.
^aJubilee, Magma, and Psylocke do not appear in X-Men Legends II. Beast and Emma Frost appear, but are not playable.
^b Playable in the mobile version of the game ^c Only appeared on PSP's extra mission ^d Mentioned only Development and marketing[edit]
X-Men Legends II: Rise of Apocalypse was announced on October 21, 2004, exactly one month after the release of X-Men Legends.[8] It was shown at Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) and San Diego Comic-Con in 2005.[9][10] It was first released in North America on September 20, 2005 for the Gamecube, PlayStation 2, Xbox and Windows platforms.[11] The PlayStation Portable version was released approximately one month later on October 19, 2005.[12] It was released on the first-generation N-Gage handheld platform on October 31, 2005.[13] A mobile phone version was launched on December 19, 2005.[14] A playable demo was released for the Windows version of the game on November 3, 2005.[15]
Developer Raven Software sought to expand on the preceding game's scale. As such, characters were given additional powers to choose from. Locations were also made more diverse. 'With the environments we tried to create [something] more exotic and organic' stated Dan Vondrak, Project Lead on X-Men Legends II.[3] Locations span from the fictional mutant haven of Genosha, to the Marvel Comics jungle known as the Savage Land, to ancient temples in Egypt.[7] Raven Software collaborated directly with Marvel to write the game's story. Man of Action, a group of former Marvel writers who were responsible for the previous game's story, were not involved.[3] The music was composed by Gregor Narholz.[16] Gameplay and story aspects were adjusted to ensure that four players can play continuously, whereas in the previous game certain missions were limited to one player. The CGI cinematics were created by Blur Studio, who would go on to create cinematics for games such as Marvel: Ultimate Alliance and Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II.[17]
Vicarious Visions's engine powers Rise of Apocalypse and its predecessor. They also were responsible for the PlayStation Portable version of the game. Karthik Bala, CEO of Vicarious Visions felt strongly that the PSP version should have the same gameplay as the consoles. 'One of our main goals [..] was to really bring the depth and detail of the console game over to portable form on the PSP.'[18] Four new exclusive characters were added to the PSP version along with nine new side missions. The control system had to be modified to accommodate the PSP's fewer buttons. Online play is available on the PSP, both in ad-hoc and infrastructure modes. Bala stated that it was a priority for his team.[18]SuperVillain Studios was brought on to the project to focus on the online component of the game.[19]Beenox ported X-Men Legends II to Microsoft Windows.[20]
Reception[edit]
X-Men Legends II: Rise of Apocalypse received generally favorable reviews. All platforms hold aggregate scores in the 80–85% range at aggregate review websites GameRankings and Metacritic. Reported scores at Metacritic ranged from 59% to 100% approval. According to the NPD Group, Rise of Apocalypse sold over 63,000 units on the Xbox during the month of its release.[41] It sold enough copies to be added to the budget line known as PlayStation 2's Greatest Hits.[42]PALGN's Jeremy Jastrzab felt that Rise of Apocalypse 'caters for X-Men fans and if you can gather three others, you're going to have a great time.'[43] Tom Byron of 1UP.com praised several aspects of the game, and felt that amidst The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction, Ultimate Spider-Man and Fantastic Four game releases in 2005 X-Men Legends II was the best release from Marvel that year.[44]
Commentary on gameplay was generally positive. G4TV's reviewer lauded the destructible environments, but felt that the gameplay lacked variation.[45] The reviewer from VideoGamer.com noted that the co-operative gameplay was strong, and that the addition of online play 'opens the [gameplay] up to a wider range of people.'[46] PALGN's Jeremy Jastrzab felt that the game's menus were convoluted and difficult to navigate, and also felt that the game began to drag near the end of the story.[43]GameTrailers's reviewer The inclusion of additional mutant powers and online gameplay were points of praise.[2] GameSpot's Greg Mueller praised the game's vast cast of characters, destructible environments and unlockable content, but felt that the user interface was awkward. Mueller also felt that the game loaded content far too frequently.[47]GamesRadar's Raymond Padilla had similar complaints about the frequency and length of the game's load times. Padilla praised the addition of online play and the automatic upgrade system.[48]
Reviewers have high marks on the game's cast of characters, but were divided in their opinions of the choice of voice actors. GameTrailers's reviewer disliked that several famous X-Men and Brotherhood characters were not playable, but appeared only as side characters. They also cited issues with voice acting and a convoluted story.[2] Unlike the critic from GameTrailers, G4's reviewer praised the overall story, and further praised the selection of characters for the cast.[45] Greg Mueller of GameSpot also praised the game's vast cast of characters.[47]
Critics were split on their assessment of the game's visuals. The reviewer from GameTrailers noted that the game's visuals had improved greatly, citing the effects, environments and cinematics as some of the largest upgrades.[2] Inversely GamesRadar's Raymond Padilla felt that the game's graphics felt dated.[48] Steve Steinberg of GameSpy conceded that while the visuals were generally improved over the game's predecessor, it still lacked in quality and variation. Steinberg stated that the characters now felt like 'a part of the environments, as opposed to cut-outs floating on top of it.'[34] He noted that even with the improvements that players may lose their character amidst the environment, causing confusion.[34]
The success of the X-Men Legends series led Raven Software, Marvel, and Activision to create the video game Marvel: Ultimate Alliance, which was released on several consoles, handheld devices and Microsoft Windows in 2007.[49][50][51][52][53] Barking Lizards, Vicarious Visions and Beenox handled the ports for different platforms.[54][55][56][57]Marvel: Ultimate Alliance was followed by Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2, jointly developed by Vicarious Visions, n-Space and Savage Entertainment. Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 was released on several consoles and handhelds in the fall of 2009. Vicarious Visions developed the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions,[58] while n-Space developed the Nintendo DS, PSP and Wii versions.[59] Savage Entertainment ported the version developed by n-Space to the PSP.[60]

Hint - Pyro Battle[edit]
First, make a team composing of Wolverine, Rogue, Jean Grey and Cyclops. Have Wolverine use his brutal slash skill to inflict damage on Pyro while the others should smash objects to get health packs and energy packs and keep the fire demon spawns from interfering with the boss.
Secret Art[edit]
You must pick-up all 19 Sketch Books. The are will then become available in Colossus' Room.
Boycott the Healer[edit]
When you first discover the Danger room sequences that call for you to 'Call for Help' simply do not complete the objectives, in these rounds. This will help you by constantly providing you with enough health packs, and energy packs you need throughout the game. So, when you run out of health; simply go to the save point, enter the danger room, and enter the freshman teamwork scenarios. Remember, do not beat the scenarios, to continue an unlimited supply of health Packs.
Wolverine Projectile[edit]
When you acquire Beast, Rogue, or Colossus in X-Men Legends you can pick up Wolverine and hurl him at a foe just like any other object so long as you use these three characters.
Original Outfits[edit]
Beat the game to unlock additional costumes for each character. These include: Original outfits for Storm, Wolverine, Jean Grey, Nightcrawler, Iceman, and Colossus.
Leadership[edit]
The “Leadership” quality possessed by Storm and Cyclops can be a tremendous asset to the team. This skill multiplies both damage and experience when successfully completing a combo. At its highest level Leadership will multiply damage by 150% and experience by 25%. Use Storm and Cyclops together to multiply these values a second time. That’s 625 damage of a base 100 attack. With a good roll of the die, combo attacks upwards of 1500 are possible by the end of the game.
